The Finance Accounting Admin is responsible for managing the company’s financial records with precision and ensuring compliance with regulations. This role plays a key part in maintaining the company’s financial health by overseeing essential accounting functions, managing transactions, and preparing accurate financial reports tailored to the retail and food & beverage industries.

Key Responsibilities:

A. Financial Reporting:

• Prepare accurate and timely financial statements, including profit and loss statements, balance sheets, and cash flow reports.
• Ensure compliance with financial regulations and company policies.

B. Accounts Receivable

• Manage receivable processes, ensuring timely payment of invoices and collection of outstanding funds.
• Reconcile supplier and customer accounts to maintain accurate financial records.

C. Cash Flow Management:

• Monitor and manage cash flow to ensure sufficient liquidity for daily operations.
• Prepare cash flow projections based on sales and operational needs.

D. Team Collaboration:

• Collaborate closely with marketing, inventory, and procurement teams to ensure cohesive financial operations.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
• CPA or equivalent certification is a plus.
• Minimum of 2–3 years of experience in finance/accounting, preferably in the retail or food & beverage industry.
• Strong understanding of accounting principles, retail-specific metrics, and financial regulations.
• Proficiency in accounting software such as Accurate Online and Odoo ERP, as well as MS Office (especially Excel).
• Excellent analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
• Strong attention to detail and the ability to meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
